Yoga and Pregnancy

Relax and enjoy your pregnancy with our Yoga and Pregnancy Programme.

This programme introduces a sequence of asanas (postures) that are designed to help maintain abdominal tone and strengthen the back whilst providing breathing exercises and a relaxation technique for the mind.

You’ll find that with our Yoga and Pregnancy Programme you’ll be able to return to the workforce earlier by regaining physical condition and fitness quickly as well as effectively keeping above fatigue.

The programme will be personalised to you, depending on your specific needs and we recommend you talk to us prior to your first class if you have any injuries or a medical condition.

Cost: $90.00/hour  per person
$405.00 for 5 sessions (10% off)
$160 for two people
$160 for one person twice a week ($80 per session)

These sessions are taken by Sharon Byron-McKay.  Sharon is a registered Physiotherapist with over 30 years experience in teaching Yoga Therapy. She is a member of  the International Yoga Therapy Association.  Sharon gained an A+ in both exercise therapy and advanced muscular/skeletal therapy while completing her Physiotherapy degree.
