Beginners Classes

No experience is required and you can start at any time. We will ensure you are able to develop an approach or understanding of the basics in structural alignment and the dynamics of practice. For consistent progress and to be able to take your practice to the next level we recommend to practice a minimum of twice a week.

Both beginners classes and general class are held at the same time, with the beginners class being a teachers lead class, whereas the general class is supervised and is able to focus on their own practice.
