The classes provide a great foundation for your future progress, and once the basics have been learned we can then shape your practice to suit your individual needs.

This personalisation ensures you get the most out of your yoga practice.

The style of yoga is safe, precise, effective and time economical.  Along the way you will learn the skills of balance, breath, action
and intelligent self-adjustment.

Class timetable:

Monday 10 am, 12.30 and 6 pm

Tuesday 10 am and 6 pm

Wednesday 10 am, 12.30 and 6 pm

Thursday 10 am and 6 pm

Friday 10 am and 12.30

Saturday 9.45 am

Sunday 10  am

– Lunchtime classes Monday and Wednesday at 12.30 – 1.30
